Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products with damaged or missing original packaging
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by NOIRE Cosmetics.
